Description of the programme

Train'ing is a time dedicated to the integration of the skills of Centralien engineers, based on three main areas: scientific integration, societal and cultural exposure, and professional skills.

Regarding scientific integration, scientific activities  will be organised, linked to the components of the C1 (Scientific and technical innovation) and C2 (Professional skills) competencies. These activities are spread over 3 days (24h. student) around a theme by articulating different learning formats (practical work, experiment, visit, project, workshops, etc).

The professional skills include workshops for learning and practising soft skills (behavioural agility and team management) as well as workshops for learning and practising soft skills.
