Description of the programme
This course consists of 1 module:
Project: The project starts in September and ends in January. During this project, students will learn to master the definition and framing of the project, the planning, the organisation of the project, the management of the project and its closure. In addition to what they will have acquired in the Innovation Project UE, they will acquire a finer mastery of the human dimension of project management (teamwork, conflict management, communication, organisation, behaviour). For this, many milestones will have to be passed and many deliverables will have to be produced and validated by the tutors during the Formulation, Framing, Planning, Execution and Transfer phases.
The assessment of skills will be done through the different phases of the project and the associated deliverables:
- Formulation: Project Presentation Sheet V0, Roles and responsibilities
- Framing: Management Plan, Contract Sheet, Communication Plan, Operating Mechanisms
- Planning: WBS/OBS, Planning, Risk analysis
- Execution and Mapping: Dashboard, Project Review, Logbook
- Handover: Project deliverables, Report, Defense
Each phase will be closed with a milestone: either written production or oral presentation.
The tutors will also be present as well as the juries to validate the acquisition of the above mentioned skills.
