Learning objectives
The objective of this UE is to offer the students of the S8-SISN the possibility of carrying out a technical study or an analysis of the stakes on a given problem. This course encourages teamwork as students are placed in groups, but may also mix with students from the IEP of Aix-en-Provence.
Description of the programme
Topics can be proposed to students during a presentation session. These topics can be proposed by a Centrale teacher, by an outside organization (association, company, lab, etc.) or by the students themselves. Each project is carried out in teams, with a minimum of 2 students and a maximum of
maximum 4 students. For each project, a tutor is designated from among the teaching staff to help guide the students in their choices. The students are evaluated during a final presentation. Before this final defense, the students have the opportunity to test their ability to present their work with an intermediate defense.

Continuous assessment (CC) :
CC1 = 1 oral - Coefficient = 50% of the final grade
CC2 = 1 report - Coefficient = 50% of the final grade
