Description of the programme

Activity 1: Intercultural Management

Study intercultural issues in business
Develop a question grid to conduct an interview
Search for one or more correspondents in a foreign company or laboratory
Establish a schedule of exchanges with the correspondent(s), including a proposal of
content based on the cultural particularities of the country.
Exchange with the correspondent(s)
Develop a comparative socio-professional analysis of three different countries.

Activity 2: Project Management

The participants live in group the unfolding of a real project with all its risks, and pilot it on the aspects of costs, quality and deadlines. The simulator puts the participants in situation to make them act and react, by taking into account all the parameters of the project. Confronted with a large number of situations requiring rapid decision-making, the group members learn to work and decide together. Participants realize the consequences of their actions in a complex system, the project, where human factors play a major role.

Presentation: present the interlocutors, the number and duration of the exchanges, the
questionnaire, comparative analysis of the three countries and of France.
