Learning objectives
Understand the current missions and stakes of the actors of logistics and production, the difficulties that they can meet and the keys to manage them.
Understand the concrete applications in companies of the strategic declensions and the implementation of a Supply Chain management.
Develop a managerial analysis of a supply chain problem.
To know the theories of visual management and observation of production situations (to analyze the constraints by practice).
Description of the programme
This UE includes :
- a module on supply chain management
Courses and sharing of experiences on strategies and management of logistics and supply chain, analysis of concrete cases through case studies.
Optimization of upstream and downstream flows (control and reduction of lead time, planning, push/pull flows, Kaizen, methodologies, human dimension) around a serious game
- a module on observation and visual management methodologies
Courses, experience sharing with a PSA professional, confrontation in the field
- an approach to the concepts of the industry of the future
Generic central skills and knowledge targeted in the discipline
Scientific and technical innovation: identification of Supply Chain innovations, their usefulness, points of vigilance and choice of innovations for optimization
Control of complexity and systems: complexity resulting from multi-actor industrial systems, identification of problems and commitment to their resolution
Management of people: all aspects of team management (role of logistics actors, conflict management and coordination of actors)
Strategic vision: definition of a transverse strategy and control of its operational implementation
